Teresa started her property management career with apartment management in 2000. She came to Zaran Sayre & Associates in 2011 and immediately took on a large portfolio of properties. Teresa’s portfolio consists of over 230 units, and while she manages a large number of single-family properties her background has led her to be the company’s specialist for multi-unit properties. Teresa has an unwavering commitment to the long-term success of her clients, and believes that excellent customer service starts with compassion and an open line of communication. Teresa believes that planning ahead is one of the most valuable strategies to help her homeowners be successful. She is constantly striving to develop her career and is currently the Managing Broker for Zaran Sayre & Associates.
